You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the office of the Department of the Navy Principle Cyber Advisor (DON PCA) of PRINCIPAL CYBER ADVISOR.

Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Experience understanding of the Department of War (DOW) Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes.
- Experience assessing proposed changes to programs, identifying issues, developing new approaches and recommending solutions to problems.
- Experience assisting in Program Objective Memorandum development, prioritization, impact analysis, and defense of programs.
- Experience developing policy and technical/programmatic assessments, leading groups, and negotiating compromises on opposing positions
