We are actively seeking experienced CNC Programmers to join and grow in the PPG organization. Princeton Tool South, a Princeton Precision Group company, is seeking experienced CNC Programmers to support the development of new programs and improvement of historical programs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience programming 3-5 axis CNC equipment.

Requirements

• Program a variety of CNC equipment
• Daily shop floor responsibilities including addressing in the moment challenges will be a large portion of the responsibilities of this role
• Set up/prove out your program on the CNC machine, if needed.
• Program from solid model files, drawings, and sketches
• Read and interpret blueprints and design models
• Develop fixtures and work holding devices
• Provide fully dimensional prints for the shop floor on parts that have reduced dimension drawings
• Attend training on new or current software as needed
• Coordinate with Engineering and Quality to resolve blueprint and model issues related to the programming and machining of various parts
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Program 3-4 axis machines
• 5 axis programming preferred but not required
• Lathe programming preferred but not required
• Proficient in geometric tolerancing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 or more years of Mastercam experience
• Experience with tight tolerance manufacturing
• 3 or more years of experience setting up CNC machinery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expert level attention to Detail

• Compensation for this role is based upon years of industry specific experience
