Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Strategic Account Manager. The role involves managing and nurturing existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of the Princeton TMX solutions. The Strategic Account Manager will oversee account management activities, provide exceptional customer support, identify customer needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions. This role also includes periodic performance reviews with clients and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and identifying growth opportunities
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or SaaS platforms, including implementation and user adoption strategies
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and effectively manage time
- Familiarity with the supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
