Princeton Speech Language and Learning Center is looking for a skilled Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to cover a school contract one day a week. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Provide direct therapy services to clients across a range of ages and diagnoses
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support client goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and records
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current NJ state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations is a plus
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based assessment and treatment practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented demeanor
