Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech II to join our Terrace at Columbia Knoll team!
We are looking for someone with property management maintenance experience, including turns, minor electrical and plumbing, grounds along with team collaboration skills. Onsite living is required with discounted rent.
📅 Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 40 hours per week
💵 Pay:
- $28 to $30 per hour, based on experience
- $85 phone reimbursement monthly

What is needed from you:
Experience in property or apartment maintenance is required, including minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas.
Complete apartment turns.
Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
