- Experience & Background
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom, daycare, or structured childcare setting is strongly preferred
- Candidates without formal experience will be considered if they demonstrate maturity, strong character, and a genuine desire to learn
- All positions must meet Tennessee DHS licensing requirements, including background checks and required training
