This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognized leader in preventive and precision medicine while helping establish the patient experience and culture of our new Miami center.
At Princeton Longevity Center (PLC), nutrition counseling goes far beyond general diet advice. Our Registered Dietitians work as an integral part of a multidisciplinary clinical team, using each patient's medical history, laboratory results, body composition, cardiovascular and metabolic risk factors, lifestyle, and other diagnostic findings to develop highly individualized, evidence-based nutrition strategies.
You'll work with an engaged patient population that is motivated to better understand their health, reduce future disease risk, improve performance and make meaningful, sustainable changes.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive one-on-one nutritional assessments as part of our preventive medical evaluations.
- Review medical history, laboratory findings, body composition and other relevant health data to identify nutritional priorities.
- Provide individualized nutrition counseling based on each patient's health risks, lifestyle, preferences and goals.
- Develop practical, evidence-based nutrition plans designed to support cardiovascular health, metabolic health, weight management and overall longevity.
- Counsel patients with cardiovascular risk factors, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, obesity and other nutrition-related health concerns.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, exercise physiologists and other members of the clinical team to develop a cohesive, personalized health plan for each patient.
- Translate complex medical and nutritional information into recommendations patients can realistically incorporate into their lives.
- Provide thoughtful follow-up guidance to help patients implement and sustain meaningful changes.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Contribute to patient education, wellness content and other nutrition initiatives as appropriate.
- Help establish a collaborative, professional and patient-focused culture at our new Miami center.

- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient, preventive medicine or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular and metabolic nutrition
- Experience in outpatient counseling in patients with cardiac risk factors, metabolic syndrome, diabetes and weight-management concerns
- Excellent interpersonal and counseling skills
- Strong written communication and clinical documentation skills
- Comfortable interpreting and discussing laboratory and other health data within the Registered Dietitian's scope of practice
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and nutrition analysis software
- Experience with remote consultations

You should be confident working with a sophisticated and highly engaged patient population and comfortable collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
We're especially interested in candidates who have a personal and professional interest in preventive health, longevity, metabolic health and optimizing health through nutrition.
