Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Veeam Consultant with advanced expertise in enterprise Data Protection, Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience beyond basic Veeam administration, including advanced Veeam technologies and enterprise data protection environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and support enterprise Veeam data protection solutions.
• Manage and optimize Veeam Backup & Replication environments.
• Work extensively with CDP, VRO, VRA, SOBR, UDP, Veeam ONE, and Veeam Intelligence.
• Design and manage backup repositories, Scale-Out Backup Repositories, replication, and recovery solutions.
• Develop and support disaster recovery, backup, replication, and business continuity strategies.
• Perform backup and recovery assessments, troubleshooting, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Monitor backup environments and analyze capacity, performance, and operational health using Veeam ONE and related tools.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient data protection architectures.
• Work with virtualization and enterprise infrastructure teams to integrate backup and recovery solutions.
• Support Cohesity and Nutanix data protection and backup environments.
• Troubleshoot complex backup, replication, recovery, and infrastructure issues.
• Develop technical documentation, procedures, standards, and operational runbooks.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations for data protection architecture and modernization initiatives.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong enterprise experience with Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Advanced hands-on experience with:
• Veeam CDP
• Veeam Recovery Orchestrator (VRO)
• Veeam Recovery Appliance (VRA)
• Scale-Out Backup Repository (SOBR)
• Veeam ONE
• Veeam Intelligence
• Veeam Universal Data Platform (UDP)
• Strong understanding of backup, replication, disaster recovery, and data protection architectures.
• Experience with VMware and/or Nutanix environments.
• Experience with Cohesity data protection solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Experience with enterprise-scale backup and recovery environments.
• Strong understanding of RPO/RTO, retention, replication, immutability, and disaster recovery concepts.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Veeam certifications such as VMCE/VMCA.
• Experience with Cohesity and Nutanix data protection.
• Knowledge of cloud and hybrid-cloud backup architectures.
• Experience designing enterprise backup, DR, and recovery strategies.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
