Role Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking Technical Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise solutions across multiple domains. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, cross-functional leadership, and experience delivering AI-driven solutions, including Copilot and enterprise AI implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and technical decision-making.
• Drive end-to-end delivery: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Copilot, and OpenAI services.
• Develop integrations using LLMs, APIs, and automation tools.
• Lead cloud-native architecture (microservices, APIs, CI/CD, containerization).
• Mentor teams and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Security, and Business stakeholders.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing implementations.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of IT experience, with 3 years in a Technical Lead/Architect role.
• Strong cloud expertise (Azure preferred).
• Experience delivering AI/ML and Copilot-based solutions.
• Hands-on development experience (.NET / Python / JavaScript or similar).
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.

• Experience with AI governance and responsible AI practices.
• Exposure to Power Platform or low-code automation.
• Cloud or AI certifications.
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs.
