Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, Sling Jobs, and integrations.
- Build scalable AEM applications and websites using AEM best practices.
- Configure and optimize AEM Dispatcher, caching, and overall system performance.
- Support AEM Cloud Service deployments and on-premises environments.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Manager, Git, Maven, Jenkins, and related DevOps tools.
- Integrate AEM with third-party platforms, including CRM, DAM, analytics tools, and custom APIs.
- Monitor application health and implement observability and diagnostics.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and promote Agile and DevOps best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across AEM environments.
- 10 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Sling Jobs, and Workflows.
- Expertise in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of Dispatcher configuration, caching strategies, and performance tuning.
- Experience deploying applications to AEM Cloud Service and on-premises environments.
- Experience with Cloud Manager, Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Adobe Experience Manager certifications such as:
- Adobe Experience Manager Sites Architect
- Adobe Experience Manager Sites Lead
- Adobe Experience Manager DevOps
- Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer
- Experience with Adobe Analytics integration.
- Experience with Adobe Target.
- Experience with Akamai CDN.
- Experience with translation platforms such as Smartling or TransPerfect.
- Experience with enterprise search platforms such as Coveo or Apache Solr.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
