Front Desk Lead – Princeton
The Role:
Princeton Fitness and Wellness is seeking a Lead Front Desk Attendant who has excellent communication and customer service skills. The Lead Front Desk Attendant is responsible for greeting guests as they enter and exit the facility, answering phone calls, and directing callers to appropriate personnel. They must respond quickly and effectively to customer needs. The front desk is the first point of contact for current and prospective members and, therefore, must be supervised by individuals that possess an array of competencies and the capacity to carry out multiple functions in a timely manner.
The Lead Front Desk Attendant duties include, but are not limited to:
- Directing phone calls to their respective destinations
- Annotate clear and concise messages
- Communicate with all departments to get messages delivered
- Schedule/confirm appointments
- Receive payments
- Remain aware of safety alert system and follow protocol
Lead Front Desk Attendant Qualifications:
A Lead Front Desk Attendant must have strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. The Front Desk team is comprised of ambitious, career oriented individuals with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The position relates very closely to our membership base so the candidates also must have a warm and friendly disposition. The position requires face to face as well as telephone and email communication.
- Have past experience in retail and/or customer interaction would be preferred
- Ability to lead a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- This is not a temporary position
