Substitute - Tiger Club Lead & Assistants for Summer 2026.
Location: Family Center or Primary School
Required Training: All substitutes need to attend staff training on Monday June 1st
Program Lead Position:
Applicatns must complete a State fingerprinting background check prior to your start date, and complete all State training requirements. This position will be on-call as a sub in one of our age groups.
Sub Leads must be at least 18 years old and will be in charge of implementing high-quality programming and activities with support from the Classroom Assistant. Lead subbing hours are morning (5:45am-12pm) or afternoon (11:45am-5pm). Sub Leads earn $19/hour and are eligible for an additional $1-2/hour from a State Grant.
Program Assistant Position: Sub Assistants must be at least 16 years old and support the Lead position in classroom management, modeling and teaching Tiger Pride to students, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. Assistant subbing hours are generally 9am-4pm. Student Assistants earn $13/hour. Adult Assistants (high school graduates) earn $15/hour. Tiger Club positions are eligible for an additional $1-2/hour from a State Grant.
