What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at Princeton Day School?
Princeton Day School is seeking a full-time experienced Groundskeeper who will work on multiple sites throughout the PDS campus and surrounding housing with responsibilities including, but not limited to, cutting lawns and fields, operating equipment, caring for and removal of ornamental plants and trees, sports field painting and care, landscape maintenance, and pool care.
For this position, the ideal candidate is expected to possess:
Compensation Range: $20.00 an hour / $41,600 a year (this role is eligible for PDS' full benefits package including 4 weeks paid time off and 15 holidays.)

Qualified Candidates Should Submit The Following To Be Considered
For this position, the ideal candidate is expected to possess:
- 1-2 years of landscaping/grounds experience required
- Landscaping equipment operation experience/ skills
- A valid driver's license (insurable under the School's auto policy)
- The ability to regularly lift up to 75 pounds and carry boxes up stairs
- Moderate computer skills
- A pesticide operator's license or able to earn within one year of employment
- Experience and comfort with ladder work and aerial lift work
- "MEWP" Mobile Elevating Work Platform certificationor ability to obtain one within 6 months of employment.
- A high school diploma
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- A high degree of professionalism
