Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Certified Personal Trainer role located at our Madison, WI facility. The Certified Personal Trainer will design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to client goals, provide one-on-one and group training sessions, guide clients in proper exercise techniques, and offer ongoing motivation and support. Trainers will also collaborate with clients on nutrition and wellness strategies to support a holistic approach to health.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of sales experience
- Base knowledge of nutrition and its role in achieving fitness goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively motivate and support clients
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or similar)
- CPR/AED certification
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Proven ability to work with diverse populations and fitness levels
- Available during peak hours Mondays-Thursdays 4-7pm and Saturdays within 7am-11am
- Can be part-time if able to fill schedule within peak hours
