You’ll
- Assess issues, identify root causes, and make lasting repair
- Use proper tools and testing equipment—no guesswork
- Clearly explain problems and solutions to customers
- Price jobs using flat-rate systems and complete work professionally
This is real field work: indoors/outdoors, all seasons, physical and hands-on.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to code
- Diagnose issues using tools and testing equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and system checks
- Read blueprints and system specs
- Document work, materials, and time accurately
- Communicate with dispatch, team, and customers
- Manage service calls and workflow efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma (trade school preferred/required per state)
- 2–3 years field experience (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Familiar with HVAC codes and technical diagrams
- Physically able to lift 75 lbs and work in all conditions
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- $18 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
