Staff Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal Engineer, located in Salt Lake City, UT. The Principal Engineer will lead engineering projects, oversee design and development processes, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers, managing technical project timelines, and contributing to the innovation and continuous improvement of engineering practices.

• Experience in leading engineering projects and overseeing design and development processes
• Skills in compliance with engineering standards and regulations
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
• Strong technical project management skills
• Proficiency in cross-functional team collaboration and communication
• Knowledge of the latest engineering tools and technology
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• 10 years of relevant engineering experience; prior leadership experience preferred
