A prestigious investment bank based in Dallas, TX is seeking a Client Onboarding & Operations Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to investment management while working with professionals across sales, portfolio management, and client relationship teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare and coordinate client proposals and due diligence questionnaires
- Partner with internal teams to gather information and meet project deadlines
- Learn about investment products, market trends, and client solutions
- Track proposal activity and support reporting initiatives
- Review materials for accuracy and help improve team processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Preferred: Internship or prior experience in financial services
