Job Summary
We are seeking an evening detail-oriented and organized Appointment coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all appointments, orders, and schedules are accurately confirmed and communicated. This position is essential for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within our organization.
Duties
- This is an evening position from 4pm to 9pm and every other Saturday.
- Contact clients to confirm appointments, orders, or schedules in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of confirmations and any changes made to appointments or orders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all necessary information is communicated effectively.
- Address any client inquiries or concerns regarding their appointments or orders promptly and professionally.
- Utilize company software systems to track confirmations and manage schedules efficiently.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement to enhance the confirmation workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in confirmations.
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred but not required.
