JOB SUMMARY:
The Coordinator, Benefits supports the administration and delivery of employee benefits programs across the school division. This role focuses on operational execution, employee support, and data integrity, ensuring timely and accurate processing of benefits-related transactions. The Coordinator works under the guidance of the Supervisor, Benefits and collaborates with internal departments and external vendors to maintain high-quality service and compliance.
Job Description
SALARY:
FY26 - Grade 13: $93,193 - $151,067 per year (competitive benefits)
This position is effective July 1, 2026. Annualized compensation will be published upon approval of the FY27 salary scales and will reflect amounts for Steps 1–20.
