Fiber Splicing R&M Supervisor

Prince Telecom is seeking a Fiber Optic Repair and Maintenance Field Supervisor in the Charlotte, NC area to join our team.

Salary: $55,000-$60,000

Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do…

• Assist with the development and execution of projects and plans supporting the organization
• Supervise day to day activities/project teams and project progress
• Establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports
• Identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve
• Supervise staff to ensure the organization's activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
• Perform mandatory job site inspections to ensure employee compliance
  
  

Who We Are Looking For....

• Minimum 1 year fiber optic experience
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must live within 60 miles of Charlotte, NC
• Must be able to work a very flexible schedule
• Team player
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
