AtPrince Telecom, LLC, as a Cable Installation Technician, you’ll safely install and troubleshoot video services, internet, telephone, and alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses

- Install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video service, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses
- Identify and try to remedy sources of customer-perceived issues
- Review all requested services with the customer in order to ensure understanding and agreement
- Educate the customer regarding product and service usage
- Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment
- Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed
- Perform work in all weather conditions
- Other duties as assigned
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
- Previous experience in cable installation or a related field preferred
- Routinely: work alone in remote locations, at heights, in confined spaces, with arms above shoulder level, use ladder, keyboard & mouse, operate vehicle & heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift between 10 & 25, lift between 26 and 55 pounds and lift greater than 55 pounds
