Prince St. Pizza is looking for Prep Cooks to join our team at our new location in Baton Rouge! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping a kitchen running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and managing pizza dough, ensuring consistency and proper handling
• Assembling pizzas with attention to portioning, quality, and presentation
• Operating ovens and monitoring bake times to ensure pizzas are cooked correctly
• Adjusting pies based on customer preferences and special requests
• Cutting and portioning pizzas accurately and efficiently
• Stocking warmers and holding stations while maintaining proper food temps
• Performing daily prep tasks (slicing, portioning, organizing ingredients)
• Restocking and rotating inventory to ensure freshness and readiness
• Cleaning and maintaining prep areas, ovens, and kitchen equipment
• Following all food safety protocols, from storage and labeling to sanitation
• Coordinating with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Managing ticket flow and pacing orders for accuracy and timing

Experience:

• 2 Year Pizza Prep Experience Required
• Food Handler Card Required
• Must have at least 4-5 shifts available day or night
• Must be able to work well alone and handle high-volume rushes
