What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Manager position at Prince Signs?
The primary role of the Site Manager to is to oversee the day-to-day operations of our new Midland location. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: establishing quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which each team’s performance can be evaluated; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; create and manage the installation schedule; recruit and train new team members; keep effective open communicate with out main office in Houston.
Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
· Build relationships and trust with team members across multiple disciplines to ensure short-term and long-tern business needs are delivered
· Support team member growth and training
· Prioritize business functions to properly allocate resources to maximize efficiency
· Implement/ utilize processes that enable team members to realize their full productive potential in support of the organization’s goals
· Analyze operational performance through direct observation, interpretation of reports, and collaboration with others
