Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Supervise and lead production employees to meet daily and weekly manufacturing goals
- Oversee welding operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity
- Monitor workflow, staffing, and production schedules to optimize output
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ISO standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, engineering, and management
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Strong background in welding and fabrication processes
- Proven experience in employee management, supervision, or team leadership
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
