Role Description The Paralegal will support attorneys with personal injury cases, including organizing case files, preparing legal documents, and managing deadlines. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, reviewing and summarizing medical and legal records, drafting correspondence and pleadings, and assisting with discovery responses. The role involves regular communication with clients, courts, medical providers, and opposing counsel to obtain information and provide case updates. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Santa Fe, NM, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Paralegal will collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure efficient case progression and high-quality client service.
