- Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and direct outreach through Facebook.
- Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer retention, and satisfaction.
- Conduct engaging product demos and videos tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Tekion.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to generate leads through cold calling and networking
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Be dependable, punctual, and prepared to provide excellent customer service throughout the entire buying process.
