Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify client needs and inform treatment planning
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data on client progress to ensure treatment effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
- Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to behavior technicians and staff working with clients in various settings, including home-based and school environments
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support clients’ developmental goals and ensure consistency across environments
- Perform patient assessments, intake evaluations, and diagnostic evaluations for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with children with disabilities, particularly those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other neurodevelopmental disorders
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, functional assessment methods, and behavior intervention strategies
- Proven experience conducting behavioral health assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBA)
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards aligned with HIPAA compliance
- Experience working in diverse settings such as clinics, schools, or home-based programs is highly desirable
- Excellent client communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and team members in a compassionate manner
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy

Pay: $85,000.00 - $106,041.79 per year
