Job Summary:
We’re seeking a motivated and organized Operations and Customer Service Assistant. This hybrid role involves daily warehouse and showroom activities, ensuring smooth order processing, efficient logistics and on-the-road customer visits to maintain product displays and taking sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take care of daily operations including order processing, scheduling, loading, and coordination with warehouse and drivers
- Assist walk‑in customers in showroom with slab selection
- Deliver stone slabs & samples safely and on time when needed
- Visit fabricators, showrooms, and designers to maintain relationships, update sample displays and distribute new samples
- Help with loading/unloading materials while following safety procedures
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or showroom support (stone, tile, or design industry experience a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, bilingual a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
Work Environment:
This role requires visiting customer locations several days a week, in addition to in-office time. Occasional lifting of sample materials is required. Will be required to work on some Saturdays for 4 hours.
