Contract Management Coordinator
6 Months Contract (Potential to extend)
Newark NJ (Onsite role)
The Contract Management Coordinator provides operations support for production agreements, content licensing agreements, and talent agreements. This role coordinates closely with Legal and Business Affairs, Content Acquisition, Finance and Operations, and Production and Development to maintain accurate contract records, track rights and renewals, and support efficient deal workflows. The position does not lead negotiations and focuses on operations coordination and contract management activities.
Responsibilities
- Administer production, content licensing, and talent agreements.
- Track contractual rights, obligations, and key dates.
- Monitor renewal timelines and support renewal workflows.
- Coordinate deal documentation and administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate contract metadata and records.
- Coordinate with Legal and Business Affairs, Content Acquisition, Finance and Operations, and Production and Development.
- Prepare contract management reports and status updates.
- Support workflow coordination and administrative activities related to negotiations.
- Experience within Entertainment, Media or Publishing industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Contract Management/Administration.
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management and Rights Management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using document management systems.
- Knowledge of metadata management.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
