We’re looking for a high-level diesel tech who specializes in advanced diagnostics and problem-solving on semi trucks. This is not a parts-changer position. We want someone who understands systems, can think through complex issues, and fix trucks right the first time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on semi trucks
- Advanced diagnostics on engines, aftertreatment systems, electrical, and drivability issues
- Troubleshooting CAN bus, sensors, wiring faults, and intermittent problems
- In-depth repair work on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and drivetrain
- Using OEM-level diagnostic software and scan tools with accuracy
- Performing precise, efficient repairs — no guesswork
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience diagnosing and repairing diesel semi trucks
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and fault tracing
- Ability to read schematics and think beyond basic troubleshooting
- Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and takes pride in getting it right
- Own tools required
- CDL is a plus (not required)
