Technical Lead AWS AI Services & AIOps
We have an immediate need for a Technical Lead with our client. This role focuses on leading AI Operations and support for production machine learning and generative AI systems within an AWS cloud environment.
The ideal candidate will have deep AWS architectural expertise, hands-on AIOps experience, and strong knowledge of monitoring and supporting AI/ML, generative AI, and agent-based systems in production.
This role requires ownership of AI operational readiness, model monitoring, and production support, including data drift detection, performance degradation analysis, hallucination monitoring, and agent workflow observability.
Experience with AWS AI services such as Bedrock and Quick, along with chatbot and RAG architectures, is essential, while exposure to AWS AgentCore, LangChain, and enterprise AI platforms is preferred.
Location: Remote (Quarterly Onsite in Dallas, TX Expenses Paid)
