Desktop Support Technician- Mac And Windows 68150
We have an immediate need for a Desktop Support Technician with our client. This role focuses on providing Tier 2 end-user support in a multi-vendor enterprise environment, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting both Mac and Windows laptops, and installing, configuring, and repairing workstations, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Microsoft technologies, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows 7 11 environments, along with experience documenting and resolving incidents in an ITSM tool. Candidates must have strong troubleshooting experience with both Mac and Windows laptops.
Location: 100% Remote (temporary), then fully onsite in Salt Lake City, UT. The role will begin 100% remote temporarily and transition to fully onsite support.
