- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.

- Work collaboratively with a positive and supportive teaching team.
- Maintain licensing standards and classroom excellence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CDA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required.
- Previous childcare or teaching experience is preferred.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet all Ohio licensing requirements.
