What You’ll Do

• Create a warm, nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum through hands-on activities, creative play, and meaningful learning experiences.
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Encourage independence, creativity, problem-solving, and positive relationships.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
• Communicate with families about their child’s daily experiences, milestones, and progress.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Work collaboratively with your teaching team and school leadership.
• Follow all school policies, health and safety procedures, and Colorado childcare licensing requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine love for working with preschool-aged children.
• Previous experience in early childhood education or a preschool classroom preferred.
• Colorado Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualifications preferred, or a willingness to work toward meeting applicable qualifications.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills.
• Patience, flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Someone who is creative, energetic, and excited to make learning fun!
• A commitment to providing a safe, loving, and supportive learning environment for all children.
