Young Toddler Assistant Teacher

Shift Hours: 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience working with children, if not in a formal school setting or childcare center, then something like babysitting, classes in child development, or volunteer work
• Ability to communicate in English, reading, writing and speaking
• Open to growth and dedicated to teamwork

Toddler Teacher Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Teacher to prepare for lessons and activities using our Balanced Learning® curriculum provided for you
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Monitor and ensure the safety of all children in your care
