Primrose School of North Colorado Springs is looking for dependable, caring individuals to join our team as Infant & Toddler Support Teachers — full-time or part-time.

Position: Toddler Support Teachers (12 months – 36 months)
In this role, you will work closely with our lead teachers to care for and support children during the most foundational stage of development. This position requires patience, attentiveness, and a genuine love for working with infants and young toddlers.
You will:
- Provide attentive, responsive care to infants and toddlers
- Support feeding, diapering, and daily routines
- Create a warm, nurturing classroom environment
- Engage children in age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities
- Monitor developmental milestones and help encourage growth
- Communicate effectively with team members and families
What We’re Looking For
- Individuals who truly enjoy working with infants and toddlers
- Gentle, patient, and dependable caregivers
- Strong awareness of safety and supervision
- Reliable and punctual team players
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with infants/toddlers preferred, but not required — we will train the right candidate
- Infant Supervisor qualified prefered
