- Provide classroom support and coaching to educators through role-modeling and observations to ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Support teachers in assessing students, differentiating curriculum and communicating with parents.
- Responsible for training & ongoing professional development of educators
- Contribute to school event planning that enhances the curriculum.
- Participate in the hiring process to select qualified teachers
- Act as a role model ensuring regulatory and health & safety compliance in classrooms and support opening and closing of the school.

This position may be an assistant director level depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation commensurate with experience, education level and qualifications.
Desired skills and experience
- Lead Teacher Infant/Toddler/Preschool required, Director 2 preferred
- A degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field, and/or at least 5 years’ work experience in a licensed childcare facility, kindergarten or early childhood program preferred including experience in administration
- Experience in management, business, and/or program administration
- Strong attention to detail, time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
