- Conduct classroom observations and provide coaching to educators to regularly support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Support teachers in assessing students, curriculum differentiation and parent teacher communication.
- Lead the administration of assessment tools and coordinate referrals.
- Support the selection, hiring and onboarding of teaching staff.
- Coordinate and manage ongoing training & development for teaching staff including professional development days.
- Contribute to school event planning that enhances the curriculum.
- Support student transitions and class placement decisions.
- Partner with the School Director, Director of Operations and Assistant Director in managing open and closing procedures and maintaining a healthy & safe school environment.
- Act as a role model ensuring regulatory and health & safety compliance in classrooms.

Desired skills and experience
- Lead Teacher Infant/Toddler/Preschool and Director 2 certification required
- A degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field, and/or at least 5 years’ work experience in a licensed childcare facility, kindergarten or early childhood program preferred including experience in administration
- Experience in management, business, and/or program administration
- Strong attention to detail, time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
