Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for Pre-Kindergarten aged children
• Lead the implementation of curriculum and age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth
• Get students Kindergarten ready, prepare them for elementary school
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
