Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Enrollment specialist to lead and manage all aspects of our student recruitment and family onboarding process. This is a high-impact leadership role based on-site in Fuquay-Varina and is essential to supporting the sustained growth and success of our school.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic enrollment plans to meet and exceed growth targets.
- Lead community outreach initiatives and represent the school at local events.
- Manage the entire enrollment pipeline—from initial inquiry through tour, registration, and onboarding—while ensuring an exceptional family experience.
- Partner with school leadership and classroom staff to effectively communicate our programs, values, and mission.
- Analyze enrollment data and trends to refine recruitment strategies.
- Train, guide, and support staff involved in family engagement and tours.
- Maintain strong, ongoing communication with prospective families.
- Build and nurture relationships within the community to enhance visibility and reputation.

Qualifications
- Child care experience a must (in management position)
- Proven experience in education administration, admissions, enrollment management, or related fields.
- Strong public speaking skills and a warm, professional presence with families.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic outreach plans.
- Experience working with families and children in a customer-facing environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Prior experience with recruiting or family enrollment processes preferred.
- Knowledge of the Fuquay-Varina/Wake County community is a plus.
