What Youll Do:
As Assistant Director, you will work alongside the School Director to:
- Support daily operations of the school with a focus on safety, quality, and care
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff
- Guide teachers in implementing curriculum and maintaining high classroom standards
- Assist with scheduling, training, and mentoring staff
- Conduct family tours and support enrollment efforts
- Help plan events, family engagement activities, and special programs
- Ensure compliance with state licensing and Primrose School standards
- CDA or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education or school leadership
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead with warmth, professionalism, and positivity
