- Provide attentive supervision and care for children, including toddlers and preschoolers, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Help create an inclusive environment by working effectively with children with disabilities or special needs, including those with autism.
- Engage children in play-based learning activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and social interaction.
- Support classroom organization by preparing materials, setting up learning stations, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative educational atmosphere.
Experience
- Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early learning standards is highly desirable.
