Responsibilities
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, literacy education, and social-emotional skills tailored specifically for two-year-olds.
- Lead daily classroom activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and active learning through play-based methods aligned with early intervention strategies.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management techniques to foster a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and support ongoing development through regular updates and parent-teacher conferences.
- Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare policies by accurately documenting incidents and maintaining detailed records of each child's progress.
Experience
- Teaching experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings, specifically with toddlers aged two years old.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing early childhood education standards.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques tailored for toddler care environments.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
