• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families.
• Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Work collaboratively with a positive and supportive teaching team.
• Maintain licensing standards and classroom excellence.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required.
• Previous childcare or teaching experience is preferred.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet all Ohio licensing requirements.
