Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth shift operations and high-quality food production
- Plan menus that highlight creativity, seasonal ingredients, and dietary considerations
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet fine dining standards
- Manage inventory control and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment
- Coordinate catering events and large banquets with precision and professionalism
- Train team members on culinary techniques, food handling, and customer service best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting, with a strong background in food production and kitchen management
- Extensive culinary experience, including fine dining and catering environments
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and the ability to adapt menus accordingly
- Familiarity with inventory management, food safety protocols, and food handling procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent organizational skills for menu planning, shift management, and inventory control

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
