Position Overview
DSPs assist individuals with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and community inclusion. Some positions may require total care duties, depending on individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, cooking, and cleaning
• Provide total care support when required
• Transport individuals to and from ADT, employment sites, and community outings
• Support individuals with employment and independent living skills
• Implement individual programs and service plans
• Ensure individuals are treated with dignity and respect
• Perform other duties as assigned
