Operational Leadership
Required
- Lead all day‑to‑day operations across the North Texas region, including field services, network operations, construction, installation, maintenance, and service assurance.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that support growth, improve service reliability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Own regional P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost management.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, optimize resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with executive leadership to align regional operations with national strategic priorities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of directors, managers, and field personnel across multiple markets.
- Build a culture of accountability, safety, operational excellence, and customer‑first decision‑making.
- Ensure workforce planning supports growth, service levels, and regional expansion.
- Oversee service delivery performance, ensuring installation, repair, and maintenance meet or exceed SLAs.
- Collaborate with customer support, engineering, and product teams to resolve escalations and improve customer outcomes.
- Partner with HSE, Human Resources, Fleet, Sales, and Finance leaders to support operational excellence and predictable financial outcomes.
- Support major infrastructure projects, including fiber deployments, network modernization, and capacity upgrades.
- Represent the region in executive meetings, providing insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
Required
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications operations (fiber, wireless, broadband, cable, or related infrastructure).
- Proven success leading multi‑market operations with large field teams.
- Strong understanding of network operations, construction, service delivery, and telecom regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, and operational KPIs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel regularly across DFW, Houston, and east Texas.
- Experience scaling operations in high‑growth telecom environments.
- Background in fiber‑to‑the‑home (FTTH), wireless infrastructure, and large‑scale network deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
