Primoris Distribution Services is continuously seeking experienced Gas Foremen to support ongoing and upcoming projects across the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This role is critical in leading field crews, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in natural gas distribution construction
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and DOT/regulatory compliance
- Ability to lead crews, manage workloads, and coordinate daily operations
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
- Supervise and lead crews performing gas distribution work
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of gas lines and related systems
- Ensure compliance with all safety, company, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with supervisors, inspectors, and project teams
- Monitor productivity, quality, and job site performance
