JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supervise employees’ activities at the project site in accordance with schedules, budgets, plans, and pre-establish policies and procedures as directed by the superintendent.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supervise employees’ activities at the project site in accordance with schedules, budgets, plans, and pre-establish policies and procedures as directed by the superintendent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate paving crews in daily field operations
- Oversee concrete slipform paving processes, equipment setup, and finishing
- Ensure work meets specifications, safety standards, and production goals
- Work closely with superintendents, engineers, and inspectors to resolve field issues
- Track crew hours, production quantities, and materials used
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce site safety policies
- Coordinate deliveries, equipment usage, and crew assignments
- Travel as needed to various project sites (per diem provided)
- Three (3) to five (5) years of foreman experience in road, bridges and highway construction.
- Must have knowledge of concrete slip paving
- Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.

- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (assistance recommended for heavier loads).
