We are headquartered in Minnesota, with branch offices in Colorado, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
Q3C has an immediate opening for an Operations Coordinator, specializing in Plan & Profile, at our Commerce City, Colorado office. The position assists with project management, ensuring all projects within the Plan & Profile team are tracked through to completion.
This is a 6-month temporary position with an anticipated start date of November 17th, 2025, and anticipated end date of mid-May 2026. This position is eligible for a hybrid/remote work schedule once training is complete.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze incoming work to provide estimates on cost and scheduling
- Create and track progress on all projects through various reports.
- Responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on time
- Generate schedules for all crews to keep projects on track
- Attend scheduling meetings
- Assist project leads with quality control
- Monitor performance of employees and report to supervisor
- Analyze process through historical data and recommend improvements
- Serves as point of contact for high-risk jobs
- Associate’s degree or 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Respond promptly to customers and potential customer needs
- Working knowledge of project controls and scheduling
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
- Ability to read, interpret and prepare documents, & reports. Ability to communicate report findings and lead a productive discussion
Compensation and Benefits:
- $27.00 - $29.00/hour, dependent on experience
- Competitive compensation paid weekly
- Hybrid work schedule once training is complete
